Handles roles, registration, hunted, war, respawns and guild bank on its own, 24 hours a day. What today takes three people and a spreadsheet becomes a single command.
Every large guild has the same problem: someone needs to keep watch. Who joined TeamSpeak? Is this guy in the guild or a spy? Did the enemy log in? Who died? Whose respawn is that? Who still hasn't paid into the bank? Normally this turns into work for three people, a spreadsheet, and fights in chat.
What the bot does
Does this work on its own, 24 hours a day, without forgetting and without getting tired.
Reads TeamSpeak and the Tibia website at the same time: it knows the TS nickname "Zezinho" is the level 800 character "Zezinho Knight" from your guild.
From there it acts on its own: assigns roles, moves people between channels, notifies by poke, flags debtors, manages the respawn queue.
!helplists everything you can do, right inside TeamSpeak
!langswitches the reply language (Portuguese/Spanish)
No need to memorize anything right now — each tab over here walks through one part, with an example.
Without control, anyone can join your TeamSpeak and listen in on the war call. And even with control, someone has to ask "who are you?", check the Tibia website, assign the role by hand, and move them to the right channel — every week, for every new person.
What the bot does
Anyone who joins without registering sees nothing: they land as a visitor, with no access to the guild's channels.
The person registers through their TeamSpeak description, listing their characters, and the bot checks them on the game's website.
Once confirmed, it assigns the right role, writes the description on the profile and unlocks the channels — on its own.
Guild members who haven't registered get flagged — no one "forgets" to sign up.
!descgenerates a link to build the description on a web page
!playerinfo Nameshows who it is, where they are and when they were last seen
Practical result: TeamSpeak organizes itself while you play.
The information that decides a war is simple: who's online on the other side, right now. Mashing F5 on the Tibia website doesn't scale — and by the time you notice eight enemies logged in together, the attack has already started.
What the bot does
You add enemies, allies and whole guilds through the web panel, and the bot watches on its own.
The hunted, friends and neutral lists live in TeamSpeak channels, showing who's online right now.
Enemy logged in? The bot warns you in TeamSpeak, with name and level.
This is the list that lives inside TeamSpeak. If you want a web panel with a lot more detail, check the Hunted List category over here.
You find out someone from the guild died from the shout on TeamSpeak — whenever someone notices. And the next day nobody remembers how many frags each side got, so the discussion turns into "I think that...".
What the bot does
Detects deaths and announces them in TeamSpeak, with who did the killing and whether it was PvP or PvE.
The warning carries the character's link, so you can check right away.
A friend died? One command builds the exiva on the enemies who killed them, ready to paste into the game.
!lkexiva on the enemies who killed a friend
In war, knowing first is the difference between reacting and showing up late.
A good respawn is a contested respawn. Without rules, whoever shouts loudest or is closest to staff wins — and that's exactly how guilds fall apart. With a spreadsheet, someone has to keep updating it by hand all day.
What the bot does
Every respawn has a code: you reserve it by code and the bot logs the time.
If it's already taken, you join the queue — when the current holder leaves, the bot promotes the next one automatically.
Time's up, it releases on its own. Everything gets logged so you can audit later who got what.
!resp CODEreserves the respawn
!respnext CODEjoins the queue for a taken respawn
!respdel CODEreleases the one you reserved
!respinfo CODEshows who's on the respawn and the queue
The rule is the same for everyone, and the bot is the one enforcing it. That kills the "why did he get it and not me".
Collecting guild dues is the most thankless job there is. Someone writes it in a spreadsheet, someone forgets to write it, then money goes missing, then arguments follow. Chasing down who hasn't paid is a guaranteed fight.
What the bot does
Checks Tibia Coins donations through the guild's account and knows who's contributed and who hasn't.
Whoever's behind gets flagged automatically — no one has to point fingers.
Tibia Global only: Tibia Coins exist only on tibia.com, so OT servers have no guild bank.
!playerinfo Nameshows, among other things, whether the person is up to date with the bank
Takes the most annoying part of leading off the leader's plate.
Attack time: you need thirty people in the same channel, right now. Calling them one by one takes ten minutes, and by then the opportunity is gone.
What the bot does
One command calls everyone at once, or just the group you pick.
Another pulls everyone into your channel — no need to ask "get in here" thirty times.
After the hunt, it splits the party loot: paste the session data and the bot says who pays whom.
!mp messagepokes everyone on the server
!mpgpokes just one group
!mmpulls everyone into your channel
!lootsplits the hunt's loot
Ten minutes of organizing become a single command.
